DMV for Seniors !

Any senior trying to retain their Ca drivers license for 5 more years has 3 unique options to be able to pass the driving test.
The first place to begin is by reading the 70 page Ca drivers handbook which is a great foundation to passing the written test.
They can visit any DMV field office or make an appointment to take the written examination which is 3 attempts for $28.00.
They can always pay the fee again if they fail more than 3 times and have 3 more chances to be able to pass the written test.
There written test will consist of 36 questions that come out the Ca drivers handbook of which they can miss 3 questions to pass.
Once they have passed they will need to take a road test at any DMV field office they choose so they are comfortable and ready.
Each applicant has 3 chances to be able to pass the road test then has to pay $28.00 again to receive 3 more attempts to pass.
If they fail this first level they can move on to the second level which is more involved at the Ca DMV driver safety office in Irvine.
The third and final level if they cannot pass the first two at all is having the DMV come out to their house and watch them drive.
All these driving skill levels require lots of communication and paperwork through the DMV and the examiners who are testing.
